What are the hour requirements for the programs?

Commercial Multi Add-On (61.63(c)): We require 10 hours dual for insurance, though the FAA minimum is lower.
Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI): You must log at least 15 hours ME PIC. We require a minimum 10 hours dual for insurance.

Do I need renter’s insurance?

Yes. We require a $25,000 hull policy and $500,000 liability / $100,000 per-seat liability coverage. We can assist you in arranging both short-term and long-term solutions to meet this requirement, depending on your goals.
